What to Expect

In order to make the most of your experience, here’s what you need to know before you arrive:
  • We offer complimentary coffee and tea service at Club1500 (15th floor). It is open for all our registered Owners and Guests from 7:00AM to 10:30PM.
  • All reservations confirmed for 7 nights or more, will incur a one-time resort fee of $70. This includes unlimited access to Club1500 Lounge, Wireless Internet access, Concierge service, Fitness Center, Jacuzzi Spa and locker rooms.
  • Our rooms are equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and single serve coffee maker.
  • Valet Parking is available at $57 per 24hours with In & Out privileges. Additional $10 plus taxes will be added for all oversized vehicles per 24hours. Parking Rate comparison - please click here
  • In our commitment for your safety and comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed and contact-less as possible. We have our “on-demand” service available for all our registered Guests. Full Clean Housekeeping Service will be provided every 3rd day of your stay. Additional Full Clean Service will be provided upon request, for a fee, and must be scheduled at least 24hrs. A complimentary refresh, including trash removal, towel replacement, and amenities, can be requested at any time by contacting our Front Desk Team at extension “0” and we will be more than happy to assist you.
