What to Expect
WELCOME TO CLUB DONATELLO! 


 
To help you make the most of your experience, please review the following information before your arrival:
 
  • Enjoy our complimentary coffee and tea service at the Club 1500 Lounge, located on the top floor of the Donatello building. It is open daily from 6:30AM to 10:30PM. Our Concierge service, Fitness Center, Jacuzzi Spa and Locker rooms are available for your convenience.
  • Guest rooms are equipped with an in-room safe, microwave, mini refrigerator, and single-serve coffee maker.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
  • Please note that Club Donatello is a NON-SMOKING property. To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking and the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, and any other smoking devices are strictly prohibited. A $350 penalty, plus applicable cleaning fees, will be charged if smoking occurs.
  • Valet Parking is available at $57 plus applicable taxes per 24hours with In & Out privileges. Additional $10 plus taxes will be added for all oversized vehicles per 24hours. Our indoor valet parking can only accommodate vehicles with a maximum height of 6'10'. The building's multilevel parking can only be accessed by a winding structure going up and down each level and it cannot accommodate any vehicles with certain height and length.   • To support your comfort and minimize disruptions, we offer on-demand services for all registered guests. Full housekeeping service is provided every third day of your stay. Additional full cleaning services are available upon request for a fee and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A complimentary refresh service—including trash removal, towel replacement, and restocking of amenities—may be requested at any time by contacting the Front Desk at extension “0.”
 
PLEASE NOTE: 
 
The Donatello property is undergoing renovations. There may be intermittent noise from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We will certainly do our best to keep the construction disturbance to a minimum. 
 
Our Valet entrance is located at 441 Mason Street. It will be under construction from May 2026 to September 2026. There will be one entrance and one exit during this period. Due to possible delays coming in and out of our property, we do suggest giving yourself extra time. We do apologize in advance for the inconvenience and Thank you for your understanding.
