PLEASE NOTE:
The Donatello property is undergoing elevator modernization. There may be intermittent noise from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We will certainly do our best to keep the construction disturbance to a minimum.
Our Valet entrance is located at 441 Mason Street. It will be under construction from May 2026 to September 2026. There will be one entrance and one exit during this period. Due to possible delays coming in and out of our property, we do suggest giving yourself extra time.
The valet entrance area will be fully CLOSED to both pedestrian and vehicle traffic from July 18 through July 19 as part of the ADA renovation project.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
Room reservations can be requested using the "Owner Reservation Form". If you are making a reservation for another Guest using your Owners' Time, you can request by using the "Guest of an Owner Reservation Form".
All forms submitted is a request and NOT confirmed. Our Reservations Team will respond to your request by E-mail or telephone, but until then please do not consider submission of the form to be a confirmation.
(When you press "Submit" you will see a notice that says Form Request Confirmation; that is merely to show you what you have requested; it is NOT a confirmation of the reservations. A system generated confirmation EMAIL and number will be forwarded to you if the request can be satisfied with the details of your confirmed dates.)

OWNER RESERVATIONS:
Requests are processed on regular business days, Mondays through Fridays. Requests are time-stamped and will be processed in the order submitted.
