For your convenience, and for effective planning by the Management Team, RSVP forms will be posted on this Web site at least six to eight weeks in advance of the meeting. To ensure a room and seat(s) at the Board dinner, you must notify Administration and Reservations at least two weeks in advance of the meeting dates. RSVP BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS by emailing reservations@clubdonatello.org. 
 
Some Club documents are provided in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing. Most computers already include this software or an equivalent; if needed, Acrobat Reader is available for free download from Adobe Systems.
