All cancellations and/or modifications for room bookings must be received by the Club at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date. Failure to comply with this rule will mean no refund. The same policy applies to no-shows. To cancel, please contact our Reservations Team.
For Owners using Owner Time, the 72-hour cancellation policy applies, and any nights within this window will be deducted from your available balance.
For Owners using Bonus time, a charge will be made to your credit card for any night that is within the 72-hour cancellation policy at the Bonus rate.
For Non-Owner Guests, the Guest will be charged the total room price of the reservation if they cancel within our 72-hour cancellation policy. For Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable reservations, the Guest will be charged the total room price if they cancel at any time.
