No, we did not raise the Annual Dues for 2007, but Yes, more of the dues go to Reserves to avoid special assessments later on.

Yes, we still need your help to fill our vacant Club Rooms. We achieved the budgeted 82% occupancy rate for 2006, but we still have 18% more room nights to fill in 2007. Make use of the Family & Friends and Corporate Rewards programs to refer people and organizations you know to use the vacant nights at the Club Donatello. You can win prizes for making those referrals.

Yes, we have excellent long-term Club Management and Team Members providing 24/7 service. Take time to get to know them. They enjoy meeting our Owners.
