SOCIAL
& EDUCATIONAL EVENTS COMMITTEE
This Committee includes a Board Liaison, a Club Manager, none of whom may serve
as the Chair of the committee, except in the absence of the Chair. One of the
standing members, (though non-voting) is the Editor of the Club Donatello
Communiqué' and our WEB page for handling announcements of such Social Events
and other approved CDOA news and information.
This Committee is responsible for the development of a regular series of CDOA
social events and educational seminars, inclusive of coordinating regularly
updated information on timeshare exchanges with our contracted exchange
companies, various uses of timeshares for business/personal purposes and related
tax issues associated with such usage, transfer processes for family trusts,
wills, estates and business partnerships, etc. .
This Committee is responsible for the scheduling of these social, educational,
and related Club activities and events for the enhancement of the relationships
among the CDOA and its Owners, the overall knowledge and effective use of their
timeshares by the Owners, and the value of their holdings of a Club Donatello
PIU. The screening, evaluation, and selection of such events, educational
resources, and activities is part of the responsibility of this Committee, with
the advice and consent of the Board of Directors.
